TNTmpd maps it's contact fields exactly to Outlook. But once in Outlook, only certain phone number fields sync into the Palm Treo.
Palm only supports 7 phone numbers per contact. Here is their mapping to Outlook:

For example, I put the guy’s cell phone in “mobile” and the woman’s in “pager” and update the labels respectively.
