TntMPD 2.1 r21 (alpha)

If you haven't yet read the announcement for TntMPD 2.1 r19, please read this:

Some themes in this release are fixes/improvements to TntSync, Outlook sync, and improvements to error reporting details.  There are no Wine/CrossOver specific updates in this release, although I'd still appreciate any testing on Wine with this release to verify nothing broke.  It also includes updated Portuguese translation.
