This includes a few more enhancements to the color coded contact list:

(By the way, there's an option to not use strike-out font on contacts that are not interested ... Tools | Options ... User Interface tab.)

Also, the status area on the top right looks a little different based on if they get the newsletter or not (and if they do get the newsletter, do they have a deliverable mailing address):

Another nice feature is the installation.  There's just one "Install" button you need to press.  (You can still do it the old way if you press the "Advanced" button.)

Translators: there are a few new items that need to be translated.
